I can’t believe someone wrote a comment like this to me…

Seven days ago I started a challenge set by Alex Hormozi in his training on acquisition.com to spend 100 minutes on content every day for 100 days.

Every day (except Sunday per my religion) I will be doing this challenge and sharing what I learned that you can apply.

Day six:

Guys, I finally got people who are going to write blog posts for me! Not strangers yet, but with the goal of getting blog posts in mind, I messaged people I value directly and asked them if they would write a post for me on topics from their lives I find interesting.

Everyone said yes. Of course, some people won’t come through but I’m super happy with the initial commitment. That being said, I still want to figure out how to get strangers to apply as well, I’m going to try and AI generated script today, I’ll let you know how it goes.

Yesterday I got really in the flow. I honestly can’t believe how much extra energy this has given me. I feel like I haven’t stopped to breathe but I’m having so much fun.

Here’s what I made:

Time spent: 225 minutes

What I made:

  • 9 Tik toks (80 minutes)

  • Tik Tok stories (probably 5 minutes total throughout the day)

  • 3 posts for my poetry page (15 minutes)

  • Posted a blog (60 minutes)

  • 2 LinkedIn Posts (20 minutes)

  • Instagram reel, post and stories (20 minutes)

  • Additional emails and posting on different pages (20 minutes)

Struggles:

My Tik Toks are still stuck on low views for the most part. I’ve been here before. Whenever I come back from the platform after taking a long break it keeps me stuck at low views for a month or two. I expected it, but it’s still annoying.

What went well:

My best performing post was a Tik Tok on how followers are inflated on certain platforms from yesterday which I’ll put below👇 I think there’s something in this and I will write a blog on it.

I mentioned yesterday how I was getting more responses 1:1. I got a lot of responses that meant more to me yesterday on LinkedIn. I was genuinely so touched and can't believe someone wrote something like this to me out of the blue!

A comment I received 🤍:

A comment from a close friend on my blog about learning Spanish:

Key takeaways of the day:

  • Getting faster action requires a pre established relationship

  • I realised I do this to inspire others, my posts that do that are the best posts to me

  • While you’re learning the only thing you have to hold onto is faith you’ll figure it out

If you're enjoying this content challenge sign up to my emails to make sure you don't miss a post! You don't wanna miss what happens next because I have little fear of social rejection and the personality of an outgoing American Dad 😂.
