Do I actually care?

I do. I really do. I love the feeling of doing something good and feeling like I'm contributing to the world. Do you know the one I'm talking about? It feels like a hug or a warm blanket on a cold day. It is one of my favourite feelings.

Below are some of my past and current projects and below is an interview I did with Resonate Voices outlining my thoughts on doing good.

Children's Books

I wrote two children's book my third year of university because I believe the easiest way to solve a problem is to solve it early, one around consent and one around sustainability. They're available for free below.

The Guard

In my final year of University, I ran a campaign against Sexual Harassment that an audience of 30,000 people with an engagement rate of 4% in one month across two major UK universities.

Voice ESEA

I'm a trustee at Voice ESEA, which is an organisation founded by Yinsey Wang focused on reducing East and South East Asian violence. Our Instagram posts are widely shared in the UK ESEA communities and we've worked with the police to create a heat map of hate crimes available for free on our website. Recently, we've worked with the University of Surrey events course students to create two engaging events.

The Sustainable Recruitment Alliance

The Sustainable Recruitment Alliance is an organisation looking to improve sustainability in the graduate recruitment sector. Being on the steering group is a part of my scope at Blackbridge, and it's one of my favourite parts of the job. You can read more about Blackbridge and the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance below.
